First and foremost: I am not lost at sea. Realizing that it has been some time since I last blogged, I felt I should post a recent visit to the Eagle Rock Brewery. Accompanied me was First Maat.

Limbo was the brewed bier.

Citra-Hopped Saison 5.4%
Pale golden and light hazy. Mango, Pineapple, and Lychee Fruit to the subtle spices of Saison yeast. The addition of Brettanomyces provides a surprising twist and refreshing tartness.
