It is the start of Craft Bier Week, so I ventured to a local watering hole and met First Maat. Having docked there first, I ordered and began the wait. It was not long before my bier buddy showed up.

I am partial to Port Brewing biers. The one I had was WipeOut which is an IPA. It is 7% with nice citrus taste. Grapefruit is the predominate flavour. Eye-candy appeal as well as the smell makes this an all around bier. It is especially good on draft and nice a cold. Highly recommended for those who just like a cold one.

So fellow bier drinkers I would suggest that you get out this week and try some Craft Biers. It may be a once in a lifetime experience as some biers that are available will go quiet quickly, not to be available again.
