Thanks to those of you who were so gracious and presented Cap’n with biers on the anniversary of his birth. I shall blog about them as I taste them and remmember to critique the experience. Pictures shall be inserted as well for those of you who are visually inclined.

1) Saison De Lente

Nice amber colour, caramel taste. Very refreshing. The Bruery brews delectable biers. Recommended for summer food faire.

2) Hennepin

Cool, crisp taste. Light on the hops. Another good summer bier.

These were both Saisson style biers.
