The Blue Palms in Hollywood, CA had a couple of beers from SoCal Brewing. Two which were brought and tasted are as follows:

1) Seismic IPA   6.7%

3 types of hops and liquid hops which added a little bitter on the back end.

cool, clean and crisp.

2) Red Carpet Ale   5.9%

Slight hops, watery, perhaps a slight tea taste.

Enhanced was the grilled cheese sandwich that was eaten.
