A recent voyage landed me and First Maat in Orange County, Ca. Yes this is a town that I would not venture into, unless there was a very special reason. The Bruery Provisions is one of those special reasons and being with First Maat, amplifies that.

I partook of the Winter Beer Tasting. 5 tasters are given.

Comments of two that stand out in my taste buds.

1) Craftsman Holiday Spruce

pine, spruce tips, very treelike in every aspect, colour, taste, pourability.

2) Jolly Pumpkin Noel de Calabaza

figs, nuts, very festive.

I highly recommend that when trying biers, take a good mate with you. It will certainly enhance your experience. One thing is to break bread with someone, quiet another to drink bier.
