In Search Of Bier

1 note

Golden Road Brewing

Recently I had the opportunity to sample some brand new beers in the Southern California area. 38 Degrees had an inaugural keg of Golden Road Brewing’s IPA and Hefeweizen. The two of which are pictured above.

Point The Way IPA

5.2% hoppy, airy, light, fizzy on the back-end. as it coats the tongue, it becomes more citrus.

Golden Road Hefeweizen

6.2% organic fruit, makes it a ‘cleaner’ fruit taste. piny on the back end.

Not overpowering so one can drink during college football games even if they go into OT.

As the kegs roll out, look for them in nearby LA County venues. Also on a side not, LA Beer Week will be here soon. Check these two out at many of the events. It certainly is good to see the LA Craft scene expanding!

Until next time.
